Shipping and Delivery Policy

Logistics Method

All orders are shipped using trusted international and local logistics partners. Depending on your location, your order may be delivered through one or more of the following methods:

  • Standard International Shipping – Handled by our global carriers

  • Local Postal Services – Final delivery may be completed by your national postal service

  • Courier Partners – In select regions, packages may be delivered via private courier companies

We typically ship with(DHL Express, FedEx International, UPS, TNT, USPS) the logistics carrier for your order will be automatically selected based on your destination to ensure the safest and most efficient delivery.


Freight Information

Shipping fees (freight charges) are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on:

International Countries

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However:

  • We cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has been processed or sent to the warehouse.

  • If more than 24 hours have passed since placing your order, or if processing/shipping has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

  • In such cases, you may return the product after receiving it in accordance with our return policy.
